Lean Body Bands

I knew women could benefit from a strength training program with minimal equipment. This program allows you to stay consistent with your workouts, even in the busiest seasons of life.

This is a great program for any level and anyone who is looking to stay accountable and build muscular endurance with minimal equipment. 

Build Basic

This program was designed for women who want to start lifting but aren't quite sure of where to start. 

I've been there, and it's no fun to walk into a gym and figure this out on your own. So, this series of 6 workouts focuses on major movement patters so that you can nail down form, start lifting heavier and see muscle growth and body composition change. 


The only way to get the toned look that many of us are wanting is to first build muscle.


This program is designed to help you build muscle though hypertrophy training with dumbbells or barbells. (So you can bust this out at home or in the gym) 


You'll receive 8 weeks of programming including:

  • 4 full-length video + written workouts every 2 weeks

  • 30-45 minute strength training sessions

  • Bonus metabolic training sessions

This program is designed for all fitness levels but in case you are just getting started, I'd highly recommend #BuildBasic for a crash course in form. 


This program focuses on fat burning workouts through metabolic training. 

This program is designed to help you burn fat while maintaining lean muscle. Looking to get leaner and see those muscles pop? This is the program for you. 

You'll receive 8 weeks of programming including:

  • 30-45 minute training sessions

  • 20-45 minute Cardio + HIIT sessions

This program is designed for all fitness levels but I do offer various options to replace movements that you aren't quite ready for yet. New to strength training and using dumbbells? I highly recommend #BuildBasic for a crash course in form. 


Ready to focus on speed and power? You got it. 

This program will focus on cardio endurance, capped off with some simple strength-training + plyometrics. Every workout will contain a treadmill portion (or another piece of equipment, if you prefer) and a dumbbell-based weight training portion.

This program is specifically designed for those that LOVE that extra cardio or really want to hone in and focus on it and get faster. These workouts will allow you to spend less time on your workout and still get the results you want. 

While these workouts are tough, rest assured that you can adjust this to YOUR level. I'll show you exactly how in the program. 

You'll receive 8 weeks of programming including:

  • 5 new written workouts every 2 weeks

  • 30 - 40 minute training sessions including circuit + interval training to keep it spicy

  • Movement pattern focuses to avoid injury


This 8-Week fitness program is designed to help you get consistent, stronger and leaner with short, effective workouts.
