I love adapting recipes to meet my macros (i.e. making them pretty damn protein heavy).
One of my favorite food bloggers is Salt & Lavender and I love this particular recipe becomes it comes together SO quickly.
Follow her original recipe and make the following swaps to make this a high-protein delicious soup:
use 2 lbs of lean ground turkey instead of 1 lb ground beef (you may want to up the seasonings to taste too)
sub out regular chicken broth for bone broth
sub out cream cheese for greek cream cheese
