I'm a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. When the pandemic hit I was crushed. I missed the community, energy and accountability of being in the gym. So, along with the rest of the world, I went virtual.

​

I realized quickly that there were a lot of us that were just looking for a plan and a community to keep us moving--we didn't necessarily need a gym. Especially as busy women, we need a community to cheer us on, but we also need quick, effective workouts that work for our bodies and our time.
